Ladbroke's welches on a parlay bet 

Apparently they took a parlay bet on snowfall on Christmas day in various cities around the UK and lost. Hooray for correlation!

It's too bad that the rules got in the way of it as opportunity for darwinism of the betting house. I wonder if he would have gotten away with it if the total was only on the order of $5k or so.
