Another assault on the First Amendment 

Officials at the Falmouth Waterfront Park in Richmond, Virginia tried to break up a public baptism. They argued that it might be "offensive" to nearby swimmers or parkgoers.

Cripes. The First Amendment protects speech and religious freedom. It does not guarantee the right not to be offended by anything.
